Lesson learned: Don't make an Angelfood cake in a bundt pan....always, always, always use your spring-form pan!
So, I did this Pumpkin Angelfood Cake from Love From the Oven's site, it'll be posted on the 2nd page.
It was so yummy! However, I couldn't find my springform pan, so I made it in a bundt pan, same results, just shorter & it stuck to the pan. So, next time, I'll be doing it in the springform. Also, hub made a wonderful Custard Sauce from Allrecipes.com only thing is, reducing it, you need more yolks then milk for a thicker sauce.
