Well, I haven't been baking anything lately, but in the next couple days I'll be baking a couple loaves of bread, and that Pumpkin Angelfood Cake, probably Sunday or Monday. I haven't had a chance to get very many links posted to my second page, but I'm hoping to do so next week, as well. Hope everyone has a great weekend!

German Chocolate cake Brownies

Ok, so note to self: when baking, DON'T get distracted!! Especially if its a recipe you haven't tried! I didn't completely follow directions by heating the topping in a skillet, so I broiled the top,  in the oven, & over-cooked because I was helping my nieces & nephew with supper while my sister is out......I hope they taste better then they look! I'll post updates on taste tonight or tomorrow

Chia Snickerdooles

These were brought to a friend's birthday party, & were gone before I realized! I'll be having another section on here simply for links to the recipes that I find online, & recipes themselves that I made out of books, with name & author on another page so they can be accessed without just bragging, & not being nice :)
I did, however, forget to take a picture of these done. But, they don't spread too much, if you make the balls about an inch big, all the way around. I'll even add this note in the recipe link, the main recipe calls for baking at 14minutes, only do it for about 11minutes, otherwise your bottom becomes too tough & hard.

Cheesecake Brownies

I already posted these on Facebook, however, I found an easy recipe for adding a little cream cheese mixture to a basic brownie mix and it really did make it more thick, full & fluffy! These were yummy, and as soon as I find the link, I'll share it!

Chocolate Cinnamon Rolls

My next creation was Chocolate Cinnamon Rolls, I found on FoodLista's site, a blog by cookingventures.blogspot.com/2010/02/chocolate-cinnamon-rolls.html#comment-form

Very good, easy to make, the only time consuming part was letting it rise twice! It takes 2hrs, total, to rise before you can bake it, but everything else was a snap! I'd have a picture of its before baked, but the one I took wasn't any good, & I didn't think to take anymore, since it was nearly 12am!

Yummy Quesadilla Casserole.

I picked up a spice packet from Walmart's spice isla, its a McCormic pack, & it called for ground beef instead of chicken. I didn't have any thawed, but I had chicken quarter's thawed, so I chopped those up into bite size pieces, & made this very yummy casserole. It was real easy! I usually used a can of sauce, or found a harder way, but I'll be sticking with this for sure!
